GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MARTINI

If it were possible to pour a slice of German chocolate cake into a chilled martini glass, and sip headily, this is what it would taste like. Let 'em drink cake! This recipe can be found with many others in Chef David Lawrence upcoming book Boy Eats World in the Martini Recipes section.

Serves 1

1½ ounces good vanilla vodka
3 ounces Godiva Chocolate liqueur
2 ounces Malibu coconut rum
1½ ounces Coco Lopez sweetened coconut milk
Splash of Kahlua liqueur

Pour the vodka, Godiva liqueur, coconut rum and Coco Lopez into a cocktail shaker. Tumble in a handful of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Have your cake and drink it too!
